below before placing an order in the Lla Morgan online store.
All prices shown are Ex Works and are inclusive of value added tax (VAT) within the EU. The delivery costs are shown in the “Checkout” page, after you have selected the delivery method. Lla Morgan reserves the right to change the prices and delivery costs.
Placing an order
The goods are ordered via the online store by placing the goods in the shopping chart and paying for the goods in the “Checkout” page. Please check your order thoroughly before placing it. The customer is responsible for the correctness of the contact information entered in the order. If the order cannot be delivered, it is delivered to wrong address or it is returned to the sender due to incorrect contact information, the customer is responsible for the costs incurred due to the return.
You need to accept the terms and conditions given here to be able to place an order. Your order is placed once you select “Place order” in the “Checkout” page. After placing your order, you cannot change it in the online store. If you wish to change or cancel your order, contact the customer service.

Once we have received your order, an order confirmation will be automatically sent to the email address provided. Please note that you need to provide a valid email address to receive the confirmation.
All the customer information are handled confidentally. The customer register is only accessed by the employees who process the orders. The servers are protected with firewalls and are only accessed through protected sessions. The data stored in the register is handed over to third parties only in the following situations, when necessary: for credit companies to make a decision over credit; handing over address details to logistic companies for dispatch notes.

Delivery and returns
Deliveries to Finland
You can see the delivery charges for your order when you have selected the payment and delivery methods in the online store. Parcels can be tracked with the item ID. We use the delivery methods offered by Posti.
Deliveries outside Finland
For deliveries outside Finland, we use the services offered by Posti. The delivery methods offered vary according to the country of destination. You can see the available delivery methods and delivery costs in the online store before you place your order and pay for it. The delivery time depends on the delivery method and destination.
Delivery times within Finland
Usually our delivery time within Finland is 2-4 working days,
depending on the contents of the order, the delivery method and seasonal
peak times. Lla Morgan does not take responsibility for delays caused by
force majeure situations or indirect harms caused by possible delays. If
the item you have ordered is not available, we will contact you to set a
different delivery time, or, you may cancel the order, in full, or only
for the item in question. Note that products made to order and certain
items which are not held in stock have different delivery times which
are given in the product descriptions for each product.
Peruuttamisoikeus
Teillä on oikeus peruuttaa tämä sopimus 14 päivän kuluessa syytä ilmoittamatta. Peruuttamisen määräaika päättyy 14 päivän kuluttua siitä, kun viimeinen tavaraerä on vastaanotettu tai ladattavien tuotteiden kohdalla tilauksen vastaanottohetkestä.
Peruuttamisoikeuden käyttämiseksi teidän on ilmoitettava meille päätöksestänne peruuttaa sopimus yksiselitteisellä tavalla (esimerkiksi kirjeellä postitse tai sähköpostilla). Voitte käyttää myös tulostettavaa palautuslomakettamme, mutta sen käyttö ei ole pakollista.
Peruuttamisen määräajan noudattamiseksi riittää, että lähetätte ilmoituksenne peruuttamisoikeuden käytöstä ennen peruuttamisajan päättymistä.
Peruuttamisen vaikutukset
Jos peruutatte tämän sopimuksen, palautamme teille kaikki teiltä saamamme suoritukset, paitsi toimituskustannukset. Suoritamme palautuksen sillä maksutavalla, jota olette käyttänyt alkuperäisessä liiketoimessa.
Jos palvelutuotteen tilaus peruutetaan sen toimittamisen aloittamisen jälkeen, asiakas on velvollinen maksamaan palautuksen toimituskulut.
Asiakas vastaa tavaroiden palauttamisesta johtuvista välittömistä kustannuksista.
Teidän on lähetettävä tavarat takaisin viivytyksettä ja viimeistään 14 päivän kuluttua peruuttamisilmoituksen tekemisestä. Määräaikaa on noudatettu, jos lähetätte tavarat takaisin ennen kyseisen 14 päivän määräajan päättymistä.

Unclaimed parcels
Leaving a parcel unclaimed does not correspond to cancelling or returning your order. For leaving a parcel unclaimed, without notifying us that you wish to cancel your order, we will charge you 10 EUR.
Missing or damaged parcels
If a parcel gets lost or damaged during the shipping, please notify us without delay. If the parcel has been damaged by Posti during the shipping, make a complaint immediately at the postal outlet.
Complaints about damaged items or items not corresponding the order
If your parcel is missing items, or contains incorrect or damaged items, please contact our customer service without delay. Always contact us before you return the item(s).
